Cerrito Creek trail public meeting

Creekside Walk is a 128-unit residential project located in the southeast portion of the El Cerrito Plaza shopping center. The approximately 3 acre project site borders the City of Albany to the south, the Ohlone Greenway to the east and El Cerrito Plaza BART station to the north.

The 128-unit transit-oriented development includes 19 affordable housing units and 194 parking spaces. It consists of two separate three-story buildings above single-level parking garages. As part of the project, an approximately 180 foot long portion of Cerrito Creek, currently culverted, will be daylighted, a new public access path that will connect to the Ohlone Greenway will be provided and traffic circulation improvements throughout El Cerrito Plaza will be implemented.
