What and How?
To become a member of Albany Strollers & Rollers, simply subscribe to our mailing lists.
The ANNOUNCEMENT list receives announcements of events, calls for volunteers, periodic updates on important projects, and requests for advocacy support concerning projects at risk; generally, our GREENways newsletter is published and emailed to members around the beginning of each month; During COVID, when our bi-monthly regular meetings are held via Zoom on odd-numbered months (January, March, May, July, September and November), an additional email will be sent to the Announcement list the day prior to the meeting with the Zoom link.
If you seek broader involvement and wish to also exchange information, discuss human-scale transit projects and programs in the City (such as cycling lanes, sidewalk repair, etc.), point our & help solve problems, and help organize events, please join our DISCUSSION list.
Regardless of one’s preferences in participation, ALL members are encouraged to join the ANNOUNCEMENT list to our receive basic information and our GREENways newsletters (click the link to the “GREENways – AS&R Newsletter – Current/Past Issues” page of our website if you care to catch up on previously sent newsletters).
Just click the ANNOUNCEMENT list and/or DISCUSSION list link(s), fill out your name/email address on the form(s), and you’re a member!
