Celebrate Bay Day with Albany Strollers & Rollers, Bike East Bay and Love the Bulb! Join a relaxed Bay Trail bike ride and walking tour of the Albany Bulb. Ride starts at North Berkeley BART, goes up to Point Isabel and back, and finishes at the 
Albany Bulb. We will check out some recent and upcoming Bay Trail improvements and end the ride with the opportunity to take a walking tour of the unique art and nature of the Albany Bulb. If you’d like, grab a bite at FoodieLand Night Market near Albany Beach (plenty of bike parking- bring a lock!) before heading home.

Bike East Bay will lead a ride from Richmond BART to the Richmond-San Rafael Bridge for the opening day ribbon cutting ceremony, and you’re invited!
We will meet outside the Richmond BART station on Nevin Plaza starting at 9:00am and roll out toward Point Richmond promptly at 9:30am.
Bring your bike, water, and celebratory jazz hands: It’s going to be a party, and we are stoked to celebrate with you!

After decades of waiting and advocating, the Richmond-San Rafael Bridge will FINALLY be accessible to rollers and strollers!
The Ribbon Cutting Ceremony is scheduled to be at 10am.

Bike to Work Day was canceled this Spring due to Covid-19, but that doesn’t mean you’ll miss Bike East Bay’s musette bags in 2020.
Today is “Bike to Wherever Day!” and this is “Bike to Wherever” week!
Stop by our partner shop, Blue Heron Bikes, between Sept. 24 and Sept. 30, from 9am-6pm except for Sunday and pick up your bag. This year the goodies are going virtual unless you renew your membership, in which case you get an enhanced bag with some traditional, 3-D goodies (special pickup window on the evening of Sept. 24).

The City of El Cerrito WorldOne 4th of July Festival on Monday, July 4th from 11am to 5pm features world-class live music provided by WorldOne entertainment.
Vendor and information booths include every department in the City: Public
Works, Community Development, Recreation, Police, Fire. Information will be available from City-sponsored clubs and organizations including the Arts & Culture Commission, Environmental Quality Committee, Urban Forest Committee and so many more.
Food and drink are available for purchase. Live music and other entertainment is free and encouraged for all to enjoy.
Games, rides and face painting are available (for purchase).
New this year – a free “Family Fun Zone” will be set up for those with younger children.
Free bicycle valet parking is available, and biking to the event is encouraged.
