URBAN CYCLING 101 – DAY 1 CLASS
This fun workshop is taught by an instructor certified by the League of American Bicyclists. Learn basic rules of the road, how to equip your bicycle, fit your helmet, avoid bike theft, ride after dark, and prevent common crashes. 2-hour, indoor workshop for adults and teens, no bike required.

URBAN CYCLING 101 – DAY 2 ROAD CLASS 
Join us for a half day of bike riding! This is the second part of Urban Cycling 101. We’ll cover on-road, on-your-bike practice sessions, working in small groups with our certified instructors to improve your handling skills, learn crash-avoidance maneuvers, and ability to bike confidently on any street. A functional bike and helmet is required, drinks and snacks provided.

ADULT LEARN-TO-RIDE CLASS
For adults who have either not yet learned to ride or did a long time ago but want a refresher on the basics of balancing, pedaling and steering. 3 hour outdoor workshop, bike and helmet required.

Richmond-San Rafael Bridge Ride Series

December 11, 10am – 1pm
Meet at Richmond BART, west side plaza

Join us one-way (12 miles) or round trip (24 miles) moderate-difficulty ride from Richmond to San Rafael, exploring some great trails and bike paths in Richmond, the bike/walk path across the Richmond-San Rafael Bridge, then some bike lanes and trails to the San Rafael Transit Center. Folks can continue on from there, or join us for a lunch stop in San Rafael before heading back to Richmond.
