URBAN CYCLING 101, DAY 1 CLASS SCHEDULE:

Urban Cycling 101: Day 1
This fun workshop is taught by an instructor certified by the League of American Bicyclists. Learn basic rules of the road, how to equip your bicycle, fit your helmet, avoid bike theft, ride after dark, and prevent common crashes. 2-hour, indoor workshop for adults and teens, no bike required.

URBAN CYCLING 101 – DAY 2 ROAD CLASS SCHEDULE:

Join us for a half day of bike riding! This is the second part of Urban Cycling 101. We’ll cover on-road, on-your-bike practice sessions, working in small groups with our certified instructors to improve your handling skills, learn crash-avoidance maneuvers, and ability to bike confidently on any street. A functional bike and helmet is required, drinks and snacks provided.
*No Day 2 Road Classes are currently scheduled. Sign up for our notification list below to get an update once 2021 classes are available, or fill out the class application form to request a free class for your East Bay group or organization.
